Return & Exchange Policy

At The Diva Hot Spot, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original packaging
• The product must be in the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used or opened lipsticks cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
